Director: Conseulo Morgan, BSW, M.S. Certificate in Counseling

Director Conseulo Morgan, is a compassionate educator and lifelong advocate for children and families. Conseulo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Certificate in Counseling, blending her expertise in human development, family systems, and community care into every aspect of the academy.

Her career has spanned roles that reflect her heart for service and leadership — from working as a Certified Nurse Assistant supporting both children and elderly clients, to serving as a Childcare Advocate with CASA, where she stood up for the best interests of children in foster care. She has also served as an Assistant Director at a childcare facility near Fort Hood, where she developed a reputation for her nurturing leadership style and dedication to quality early learning environments.

Conseulo is also a proud mother of four (ages 30 to 8) and grandmother of two, bringing generations of parenting and caregiving experience into her work. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own unique pace.

Under her direction, The Busy Bee Learning Academy embodies warmth, inclusivity, and excellence — providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment where children can thrive.

Assistant Director: Sidney Morgan, M.S. Counseling Psychology, M.S. Organizational Behavior & Development

Sidney Morgan brings a unique blend of compassion, creativity, and leadership to every part of the learning experience. With a strong background in mental health counseling, organizational development, and education, Sidney is passionate about creating environments where both children and families thrive.

Sidney serves as a trainer and educator for mental health professionals, specializing in crisis interventions and suicide prevention. Sidney is a LPCC in Colorado providing indivdual and group counseling via telehealth. Sidney believes that promoting positive interactions in early childhood education is essential in developing strong coping skills, positive relationships, and a love for lifelong learning.

As a Veteran, parent, and advocate for inclusive education, Sidney believes that children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and understood. This philosophy guides the academy’s mission to nurture confidence, curiosity, and kindness in every learner who joins our hive.
